This cryptogram is a reference to what Guinness World Records calls the most difficult tongue twister.
Update: The sheik is finally getting some much-needed rest. He now uses a mental exercise to help him fall asleep. (1 ... 2 ... 3 ...)
I'm having fun catching up on what I missed (being a late arrival to this site)... let's see what else I can find (sheik and ye shall find...) sorry.
